World Pairs Update 2020

​As many await news about this year’s World Paris Angling Championship, we are very hopeful that the desire to host the 2020 event will be fulfilled.
 
A ‘safe format’ proposal has been shared with key stakeholders that ensures the support the local communities and businesses, whilst meeting the obligations and guidelines set out by the respective governments. This will allow for an enjoyable festival for all participants and viewers worldwide.
 
Positive progress along the ‘road maps’ of all governments involved suggest we may be able to travel for leisure soon and with permissions in place, so an announcement by the early part of July is likely.
